Some of the finest Christian educators from northern Belize and from Middle Tennessee spent a week together in mid March, sharing ideas and setting up a partnership between Covenant Presbyterian in Nashville and Presbyterian Day School in Cristo Rey to become "sister schools." All were excited about their new plans and spent an evening breaking loaves and fishes. (The fishes were caught by Michelle & Chuck Cochran's young sons!) Seen below left to right are Michelle Cochran, Madelyn Cherry Johnson, Amy Vallejos, Isael Vallejos. Michelle is a psychiatrist and put together the team from her church/school. It is very unusual to find two psychiatrists at one table in Belize. Madelyn is a cognitive specialist. Amy is a primary school teacher at Presbyterian Day School in Cristo Rey and Chayo is principal at Cornerstone Presbyterian High School in Concepcion.
